The staff was super-friendly and very courteous with every request. Location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable. The shuttle to and from the airport was a big plus. I thoroughly enjoyed the safe area very close to downtown Anchorage. Easy to find and 

The free breakfast was a nice touch. The room was spacious with a great view of the mountains. Having a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room was convenient. The shuttle service to and from the airport

Great base for discovering Anchorage. Spacious and modern room with a comfortable king bed. Check-in was a breeze and the service was good. Convenient parking available. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Enjoyed the pool area during my stay 🏊. The queen room had convenient amenities like a fridge, desk, and ironing board. There were plenty of tasty meal options available. The staff here were extremely friendly 

This hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and a very good value compared to so many Alaskan hotels where we paid about the same for worn-out, dirty, and dreary places.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was clean and attractive. Breakfast offered was good, it's always nice not to have to find someplace else to eat in the morning. Staff offered excellent dinner recommendations that were close 

Convenient shuttle service to local businesses and event areas. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Decently priced breakfast, never charged full amount stated. Clean and well-kept rooms. Friendly staff. a satisfying stay. 

The desk staff don't seem to be of local services or local public transport options

We had room which had climate control, pay TV and a microwave oven and was great-sized and brand-new. The location was unbeatable, the breakfast was free. Again, it was 1 mile from Chugach National Forest.
